Agree Business is an online professional training platform dedicated to the banking and financial sector in French-speaking Africa. We offer courses, certifications, and educational resources for banking sector professionals.

3. Registration and User Account

To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities performed under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Platform Usage

You agree to use Agree Business only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is forbidden to:

• Use the platform in a manner that could damage it or harm its availability

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on Agree Business, including courses, texts, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Agree Business Solution or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Refunds

Training fees are stated in CFA Francs (XOF). Payments are processed securely. Refund policies are available for each training and must be reviewed before registration.

7. Certificates and Credits

Certificates issued by Agree Business attest to the completion of training. These certificates do not constitute a guarantee of employment and their recognition depends on individual institutions and employers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agree Business Solution cannot be held responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Agree Business platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of Agree Business after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Côte d'Ivoire. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abidjan.
